House rules and the fine print

We keep it simple. If something here doesn’t match what you’re trying to do, just call — Billy or Sharon will sort it out.

Check-in & check-out

  • Check-in 4:00 pm · Check-out 11:00 am.
  • Late arrivals are fine — just call ahead and we'll leave keys for you.
  • Billy and Sharon live on-site and usually answer on the first ring.

Deposit

  • A one-night deposit holds your reservation.
  • Balance is due on arrival.
  • We accept major credit cards and cash.

Cancellation

  • Cancel 14+ days before arrival for a full refund of your deposit.
  • Inside 14 days, deposit is forfeited — but we'll try to rebook the dates and refund if we can.

Pets

  • Well-behaved pets are welcome.
  • Please keep pets leashed outside and clean up after them.
  • Let us know on your inquiry so we can confirm the right unit.

House rules

  • Quiet hours: 10 pm – 8 am.
  • No smoking inside any unit. Outdoor smoking is fine.
  • Fires only in the fire rings, and only when conditions allow.
  • Please don't exceed posted occupancy at each unit.

RV guests

  • 30 and 50 amp hookups available.
  • Water and sewer at every site.
  • Generator use limited to short periods during the day.
  • Leashed pets welcome (subject to pet policy above).

Frequently asked questions

Are dogs allowed at the cabins?
Yes. Well-behaved, leashed pets are welcome at our Grand Lake cabins and RV sites. Just mention your pet on the inquiry so we put you in the right unit, keep pets leashed outside, and clean up after them.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 4:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Late arrivals are no problem — call ahead and Billy and Sharon, who live on-site, will leave your keys out.
Is there a boat ramp and dock?
Yes. The resort has a private boat launch, a shared fishing dock, and covered boat slips on the Elk River arm of Grand Lake, a short walk from the cabins.
How far is Four Seasons Resort Grand Lake from Tulsa?
About 1 hour 30 minutes from Tulsa, roughly 1 hour from Joplin, Missouri, and about 1 hour 30 minutes from Bentonville and the XNA airport. Full drive times are on our Getting Here page.
Do the cabins have WiFi and air conditioning?
Yes. Every lakeside cabin has free WiFi, cable TV, central air conditioning, and a full kitchen.
How much does it cost to stay?
Lakeside cabins start at $175 per night for 1–4 guests, chalets from $130 per night for 1–2 guests, and RV sites with full hookups from $50 per night.
How many people do the cabins sleep?
Each two-bedroom lakeside cabin sleeps up to four guests. The chalets are sized for one to two guests.
What is the cancellation policy?

Do you have RV sites with hookups?
Yes. RV sites have 30 and 50 amp hookups with water and sewer at every site, starting at $50 per night.
