Dock & Marina
Out the door, on the water
A shared fishing dock, private launch, covered slips for rent, swimming deck, and a small marina — all on-property.
What’s on site
Everything’s within walking distance
Shared fishing dock
Walk out, drop a line, watch the sunrise. Deep water off the end — the Elk River arm is structured and deep enough to hold fish year-round.
Private boat launch
On-property launch for guests. Back your trailer in and be on the water in ten minutes — no waiting behind a line at a public ramp.
Covered boat slips for rent
Keep your boat out of the sun and off the shoreline. Slips available by the night or by the season — ask when you inquire.
Private swimming deck
A quieter spot to swim, away from the main dock. Good for kids, lake-dogs, and anyone who wants to avoid boat wake.
Marina basics
Gas, oil, ice, snacks, and basic tackle — enough to get you back on the water if you forgot something in Grove.
Life on the dock
Sunrise to fireworks
The dock is the gravitational center of the property. Coffee in the morning, kids in life vests by noon, sunset off the end, and a real Fourth of July if your dates line up.

Slip reservations
Text, call, or mention it on your inquiry
Slip availability moves week to week — especially around tournament weekends in June and October. The fastest way to check is to text us with your dates and boat size.
If you’re staying in a cabin, chalet, or RV site, we’ll bundle the slip with your reservation when we confirm availability.
